Hi, I'm Lili Wang.

Some people know me as Ada.

I was born and raised in southern China. I lived with the kiasu mentality in Singapore and enjoyed the craic in green Ireland. I loved exploring restaurants and culture in bustling Hong Kong, along with its quieter country parks. In London, I made the most of my time with pub and bike tours, and plenty of adventures beyond the city. I now call Montreal's South Shore home, where even “Bonjour, Hi” carries a little more cultural baggage than you might expect.

Living in these places changed how I see cultures, languages, and the assumptions we make about one another. It also helped me appreciate how beautifully complex our world really is.

I spent over a decade at Expedia Group, where my work evolved from localization into technical program management on the Content Engineering team. I'm PMP and CSM certified and hold an MSc from the University of Limerick.

This blog is my field notes on technology, work, and life. I test ideas and question assumptions, then share what I find. You'll find AI experiments, small tools I've built, lessons from running this site, and hikes around Quebec.
